This is the first study to combine Adizes’s PAEI framework with system dynamics simulation to model organizational behaviour over 100 months across the Courtship, Infancy, and Go-Go stages. The authors build their simulation model entirely around Adizes’s (2004, 2014) theoretical prescriptions for how P, A, E, and I role demands evolve and interact during early growth.
